Leadership Development Center was born as result of growing need of leadership training in Mozambique. Founded in 1997, CDL exists primarily to provide Bible-based training to men and women who will equip others and nurture the churches in Mozambique (2 Timothy 2:2).
As our partner in ministry, you deserve to know our vision CDL was a result of the crying need among Evangelicals in Mozambique to raise leadership for the churches being planted throughout the country. More than ever before, we see in one hand that the churches are mushrooming in Mozambique but on the other hand the need of trained leadership keeps on growing as well. It is here where the Leadership Development Center is seeking to make a significant difference and make an impact in the midst of the Evangelical Community of Mozambique.
Our vision is to equip men and women for a meaningful relationship with God and to help them develop leadership skills in view to nurture the churches throughout Mozambique and Portuguese speaking countries. We will achieve this by providing solid Bible-based training programs, both non-formal and formal.
